Working with FMG under the Covid-19 traffic light system

Under the current Covid-19 Traffic Light System phase, we’re still available to work with you over the phone or online to provide advice, new cover and handle and pay claims. Our mobile teams are able to visit you at your place but site visits should be pre-arranged.

Visiting you

  • Where possible, all site visits will be pre-arranged and Ministry of Health guidelines must be followed.
  • These include wearing a mask, hand washing and maintaining physical distancing of 1 metre.
  • Please let us know if you are feeling unwell or awaiting a Covid-19 test result and we can make other arrangements.
