We are proud to have taken out the 2023 title of ANZIIF General Insurance Company of the Year.
The award recognises decision-making processes and customer satisfaction. It acknowledges the nimbleness FMG showed during the 2023 weather events, high employee engagement, ongoing sustainability efforts and partnership with Melanoma New Zealand.

Canstar Most Satisfied Customers Award. Again
FMG has earned back the title of the Canstar Most Satisfied Customers Award for Home and Contents Insurance.
We were the only insurer to earn a top 5-Star score for Overall Satisfaction – a mark of excellence reflected by performance across all categories. In fact, out of the 12 insurers judged this year, FMG was only provider to earn any 5-Star ratings at all.
We're Consumer NZ People’s Choice 7 years running
The People’s Choice award is based on customer surveys and satisfaction. FMG has been given the Consumer NZ People’s choice award for our home, car and contents insurance for seven years in a row.
