To support the New Zealand Government’s Response to Covid-19, from Tuesday, 24 March all our offices will be closed.

FMG are still available to advise you, provide new cover and handle and pay claims, we’re just changing the way we do it.  Choose one of the contact options below and we will do our utmost to get back to you within 48 hours.

If you just need to make a credit card payment, then please call us on our dedicated credit card payment line - 09 551 8838. This is a secure payment portal.

When you phone this payment line you’ll be prompted to enter your policy number, the amount you need to pay and your credit card details.

Please note depending on your location, there may an associated toll phone call charge.
