Our new online service

FMG Connect, our new online service, provides clients with the ability to access and manage their insurance - anytime and from any device.

Launched in May 2018, FMG Connect currently provides clients with the ability to:

  • view and adjust their vehicle cover, contents and house cover including the amount it's insured for
  • add cover for a car, van, ute, caravan, trailer or motorhome
  • select the excess to pay in the event of a claim
  • make a windscreen claim and select a glass repairer
  • claim on a single electronic item under $5,000
  • view open and closed claims for items available in FMG Connect
  • cancel cover
  • select to receive FMG statements via email
  • update contact details

At this point in time, FMG Connect is limited to clients with insurance cover that matches the functionality as it’s delivered. As clients become eligible, they’ll be invited to register to use FMG Connect through a secure and safe environment, and once registered they’ll be set up and ready to manage their insurance online. 

We’re continuing to expand FMG Connect’s functionality, so there are plenty more benefits to come in the near future.
