Launched in May 2018, FMG Connect provides eligible clients the ability to access and manage their insurance online—anytime and from any device.
Our approach is to start small and learn as we go and to help us with this, access to FMG Connect is limited to clients by way of an invite. This will change in 2020 when we open the doors to all clients, offering you the opportunity to self-register to use our online service.
Since we launched, we’ve been expanding what we offer online in preparation for opening our doors to more clients.
Over the next few months we’ll continue to add more items and introduce the ability to submit vehicle related claims through FMG Connect, so there are plenty more benefits to come.
