If you need to lodge a claim from the Monday 14 November Earthquake (the Kaikoura Earthquake), then you'll be pleased to know the process just got a little easier - you now only need to work with us.

FMG, along with other insurers, has reached an agreement with EQC where all house and content claims will be lodged, managed and settled by private insurers. Any land claims will still be assessed and settled by EQC. You can lodge these with us and we'll work with you and EQC through the process.
