Changing a policy

For changes to your policy such as adding specified value items to your contents insurance. Please make sure you advise us the policy number you’d like to make the changes to and have any relevant documents handy when you call; you can also include them as an attachment if you’re sending us a message.

You’ll need to provide the same information as you would for a new policy. You can find this here, in Getting started.

Cancelling a policy

Call or send us a message to arrange. You’ll need to let us know the policy number, the date from which the cancellation needs to take effect ,and how you would like to receive any credit.
