FMG Rural Spirit – Alpaca wool blanket contest 2022
These terms and conditions set out how to participate in the FMG Rural Spirit – Alpaca wool blanket Contest 2022
The promoter and organiser of the Contest is FMG.
Eligibility
1.To participate in the Contest, you must comment on the FMG’s Contest and be following FMG on Instagram and Facebook during the period of the Contest. All participants must be at least 16 years old.
2.The Contest runs from 1 March 2022 to 16th March 2022.
3.All FMG’s employees, their immediate families, contractors, and FMG’s associated agencies are ineligible to enter. Immediate family is determined as a spouse, de facto partner, child or stepchild.
4.The Contest is open to New Zealand residents only.
Participating in the Contest
1.Participation in the Contest is deemed to be acceptance of these terms and conditions.
2.Any participation which does not comply with these terms and conditions will be disqualified.
3.FMG accepts no responsibility for late entries or any other event causing disruption to the Contest.
4.Participating in the Contest allows FMG to contact you for promotional purposes related to this Contest including, but not limited to an interview, photographs, and publishing in FMG’s publications.
5.FMG can cancel the Contest at any time.
Incentive Information
1.The prize is one of two Alpaca wool blankets
2.Two prize winners will be drawn from the pool of Contest entries received by 16 March 2022. The winners will be drawn at FMG’s office in Wellington on Tuesday 22 March 2022.
3.Attempts will be made to notify the winners in accordance with the contact details provided to FMG. If FMG, having used reasonable efforts, is unable to contact the prize winners by telephone, post or email by 5.00pm three business days following the prize draw, or the contact details provided by the winners are incorrect, the prize may, at FMG's election be forfeited and be re-drawn.
4.The prizes will be sent to the winners based on a verbal arrangement with the winners.
5.The prizes are not redeemable for cash.
Other
1.Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, FMG will not be liable to any person in any way in relation to this Contest or the prize (including, but not limited to personal injury).
2.FMG collects and holds entrants’ personal information solely for the purpose of conducting this specific Contest and will only use or disclose personal information in connection with this specific Contest.
3.Under the Privacy Act 2020 you have the right to access and correct any information held by FMG about you. Please contact [email protected] if you wish to do this.
