Cover of up to $250,000 for your liability for loss of other people’s property while it’s in your care.

Instead of protecting your physical property, FMG’s Liability cover insures you in the event you accidentally cause damage to others’ property or personal injury to someone that is not covered by ACC, in connection with your business operations.

We cover your employees, executive officers, trustees, shareholders or contractors while they’re carrying out their duties, as well as covering your legal liability for damage caused by your products, provided you’ve taken reasonable steps to make sure they’re in good condition and fit for purpose.

Optional benefits
You can purchase optional benefits relating specifically to the type of commercial operation you run, including specific benefits relating to industries like dairy farming, agricultural contracting and wine making.
Statutory liability
Covers your liability if you’re ordered to pay penalties following prosecutions for unintentional, negligent conduct in connection with your business.
Employer’s liability
Covers your liability if you are ordered to pay compensation to an employee who has injured themselves in connection with your business, provided this isn’t covered by ACC (Accident Compensation Corporation).
