Ways to Pay

Ways to Pay

We’ve got a range of payment options so you can choose what’s most convenient for you; noting that annually is always the most cost effective.

You can pay your premiums:

  • annually via direct debit, internet banking, cheque, credit card or through Farmlands or RuralCo.
  • six monthly, quarterly or monthly via direct debit or through Farmlands or RuralCo.
  • for short term cover you’ll need to make full payment up front, the easiest way to do this is by credit card or direct debit.

If you have personal insurance with FMG, your invoice or direct debit will be managed by the company underwriting your policies. FMG’s personal risk policies are underwritten and administered by Fidelity Life, Sovereign Assurance, AMP or Southern Cross. To discuss the payment options available please call us on 0800 366 466.

Direct debit

You will need to complete our direct debit form and include your phone number, the policy and account numbers which are found at the top right of your tax invoice/statement – and tick the box for your choice of payment frequency, annual, six monthly, quarterly or monthly.

Direct debits are deducted on the same date each month; it’s not possible to process these on the same day each month. If your payment date falls on a public holiday or weekend, it will be deducted on the next business day.

You can either:

  • download the direct debit form and send it to us at FMG Payment Services, Freepost Authority 120395, PO Box 1943, Palmerston North Central 4440, or
  • call us on 0800 366 466 and we can send you a direct debit form.
