You can pay your premiums:
If you have personal insurance with FMG, your invoice or direct debit will be managed by the company underwriting your policies. FMG’s personal risk policies are underwritten and administered by Fidelity Life, Sovereign Assurance, AMP or Southern Cross. To discuss the payment options available please call us on 0800 366 466.
You will need to complete our direct debit form and include your phone number, the policy and account numbers which are found at the top right of your tax invoice/statement – and tick the box for your choice of payment frequency, annual, six monthly, quarterly or monthly.
Direct debits are deducted on the same date each month; it’s not possible to process these on the same day each month. If your payment date falls on a public holiday or weekend, it will be deducted on the next business day.

Please set your payment date on or before the due date on your tax invoice/statement.
To pay through Farmlands or RuralCo we need to know your shareholder number and whether you want to make your payments annually, six monthly, quarterly or monthly. To provide these details call us or send us a message.
Tear off the remittance section of your statement and send it along with your cheque in the freepost envelope enclosed with your statement. If you can’t find the freepost envelope, send your cheque to FMG Insurance Ltd, Freepost Authority Number 92, Private Bag 4751, Christchurch 8140.
