Change Your Payments

There are many ways to pay.  If you would like to change your payment method we can do this when your policy renews, your renewal date can be found at the top right of the front of your Tax Invoice/Statement.

Direct debit payments

To check when a direct debit payment is due, or the payment frequency, send us a message or call us on 0800 366 466.

If you want to make any changes to your existing authority please complete a new direct debit form so we can authorise this with your bank. You’ll need to include your policy and account numbers, top right of the front of your tax invoice/statement, and the change you would like to make to the existing authority such as a new bank account number or new payment frequency. Please note it is not possible to have a direct debit processed on the same day each month, or to make a one-off processing change.
