The TaraMan team is made up of Taranaki, Manawatū, and wider Wellington regions and the competition between the clubs is fierce. However, throughout the competition all the teams are quick to help each other out and look out for each other. And the grass grows quickly too which is a plus.
When you vote for TaraMan you are voting to support Rural Change (formerly Will to Live) along with the TaraMan team.
“I think as the pressures continue to grow on our industry, charities like “Will to live” can play a key part in guiding and helping people through their struggles. This charity has a story and purpose behind it and holds relevance among our communities, which makes it all the better to support” Mac Williams, TaraMan representative.
The winning region contestants will win provincial glory and much more including:
- $5,000 for a good local cause chosen by them
- $1,000 to the senior contestant
- $1,000 to be split among the Junior contestants
- $1,000 to be split among the AgriKidsNZ.
