If you’re facing hardship, we can help
FMG can support you with your insurance premiums through challenging times. To find out how we may be able to help you, please get in touch. Some of the options we can help with include:
- Reviewing your insurance — this could help save on premiums while ensuring you still have the cover you need.
- Looking to alter the way you pay your premium, for example you could move to more frequent payments, i.e. six monthly, quarterly or monthly direct debits (you can also select the best date in the month to have the payment come out).
- Another option is altering your renewal date to coincide with when you will have more cash flow.

We direct electronic refunds and payments straight into your bank account, reducing the manual process from 10 working days to just three.
If it's easier to pay by credit card, here's how
If you need to make a credit card payment, you can call us on 0800 366 466, select option 4 then option 1 to go through to our secure credit card payment portal system. The system will ask you to enter your policy number. the amount you need to pay, and your credit card details.
We accept Visa and Mastercard.
At FMG we will never ask you to provide your credit card details in an email, over the phone with one of our service centre staff or via a text message. For your security we are only able to take credit card details through our authorised payment systems.
