FMG is proud to announce that we were recognised with two significant honours at the 2025 Cooperative Business NZ annual awards in Auckland on the evening of 6 November.
FMG’s Board Chair, Sarah von Dadelszen, accepted an Enduring Service Award on behalf of the One Team, celebrating FMG’s 120 years of service to rural New Zealand Aotearoa. This award acknowledges the enduring commitment FMG has made to supporting farmers and growers across the country since 1905.
In addition to this milestone recognition, FMG was named the 2025 New Zealand Cooperative/Mutual of the Year. The New Zealand Cooperative/Mutual of the Year award highlights the strength of our cooperative model, our client-first approach, and the positive impact we continue to make in the communities we serve. This is the second year in a row FMG has received this award.
Our submission showcased what it means to be a modern mutual: resilient, values-led, and deeply connected to the people we serve.
We extend our thanks to Cooperative Business NZ for these honours, and to our clients, members, partners, and team members who make FMG what it is today.
