FMG Region-off

Congratulations to The East Coast for taking out the inaugural FMG Young Farmer of the Year Region-off

FMG Region-off teamed up AgriKidsNZ, Junior and Young Farmer winners for a regional showdown. Points were earned for each region through public voting, teams completing community focussed challenges, as well as regions winning specific categories during the Grand Final.

East Coast came out on top and took away provincial glory and much more including:

  • $5,000 for their chosen charity East Coast Rural Support Trust
  • $1,000 to the senior contestant Patrick Crawshaw
  • $1,000 to be split among the Junior contestants
  • $1,000 to be split among the AgriKidsNZ

Voters also went in the draw to win a $500 Prezzy card. Voting closed 5pm, 8 July.
