Make a claim when it best suits you in FMG Connect

Select ‘Make a claim’ and our step-by-step process will guide you through submitting your claim, asking for all the information we need to get things started.

Once you’ve submitted your claim details, you can log into FMG Connect at any time, to check your claim status.

If you’ve already made your claim with us over the phone, or through, you can still log into FMG Connect to view your claim status.

Uploading supporting documents
FMG Connect allows you to upload any supporting documents, like receipts or invoices and photos, relating to any open claim you have with us.

Using a pre-approved repairer
When making your claim in FMG Connect, you’ll be shown the closest pre-approved repairer to you, who once selected will be able to get on with the repair process, up to the value of $5,000 or $10,000 (depending on the repairer) without having to wait for additional approval from FMG.
