Manage your insurance when and where you want
FMG Connect allows you to view your policy details, access your policy wordings, and make edits to some policies online.
Once you're registered, you'll be able to see:
- a summary view of all accounts you're associated with and the insurances you have with us, including sums insured, premiums, excesses, and a quick link to policy wordings
- how you pay your premiums with us, your bank account details, and your upcoming payment schedule
- any future dated policies you have with us, where your insurance cover hasn't kicked in yet.
Managing your policies in FMG Connect
With FMG Connect you can add, edit and remove many items, including:
- Vehicles (Car, Van, Ute, Motorhome, Caravan, Trailer, Quadbike/ATV, UTV, Motorbike, Tractor)
- Household Contents
- House (Home, Tenanted, Employee) Edit and remove only
- Agricultural Vehicles (Ride on mower, Truck) Edit and remove only
- Agricultural Vehicles (Baler, Bulldozer, Crate, Digger/Excavator, Forage Harvester, Fork lift, Front end loader , Header, Hydra ladder, Motorbike, UTV, Other implement (Drawn), Other implement (Self powered), Post rammer, Power harrow, Round baler, Spray equipment, Spreader, Wagon) Edit only
Editing includes things like altering your sum insured value and excess. For some items you can also add and remove specified items or optional benefits. Where you can make edits, there will be an 'Edit' icon available on the item card. Select this and follow the step-by-step process to make your changes.
Obtaining a Certificate of Cover
You can generate a Certificate of Cover (also called Insurance Certificate) for a single item vehicle, boat, house, building, or general liability. This will create a pdf document you can use for proof of insurance.
Obtaining a Policy Statement
You can access the last 3 years of your policy statements. You can see policy statements:
- at policy creation
- after each policy change
- when your policy renews
