Direct debit

You can set up a direct debit payment online in FMG Connect.

FMG Connect allows you to manage any current direct debit payments you have with us, including updating your bank account and payment date.

Credit card

We accept Visa and Mastercard. Annual credit card, internet or phone banking clients can pay online at any time in FMG Connect, the payment will be applied immediately, and your will receive an email confirmation of payment and receipt.

View and update your payment details

You can view all your payment details, including a full schedule of past and upcoming payments online, and if paying by direct debit, the bank account you’ve selected your premiums to be paid from.

You can make changes to your payment plan in FMG Connect during your policy renewal period, before paying in full.

If you’ve made any updates to your payment method in FMG Connect, we’ll send you an email confirmation. If you're unable to make changes to your payment details online, you’ll get a message telling you to give us a call on 0800 366 466.
