FMG Hamper Draw 2024 Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions set out how to win a hamper at the Otorohanga Farmers Expo and Winter Party 2024.

The organiser and promoter of the Draw is FMG.

Eligibility

  1. The Draw is open on Wednesday 26 June at the Otorohanga Farmers Expo and Winter Party and will close at the conclusion of this event.
  2. All FMG’s employees & their immediate families are ineligible to enter. Immediate family is determined as a spouse, de facto partner, child or stepchild.
  3. The Draw is open to New Zealand residents only.

Participating in the Competition

  1. Completing the survey is deemed to be acceptance of these terms and conditions.
  2. To go in the Draw, you must scan the QR code and fill out the entry form with the relevant contact details.
  3. Any participation which does not comply with these terms and conditions will be disqualified.
  4. FMG accepts no responsibility for late entries or any other event causing disruption to the Draw.
  5. FMG can cancel the Draw at any time.
  6. You can only participate in this survey once.

Incentive Information

  1. The prize is a hamper from Giftbox Boutique to the value of $200.00. The hamper includes the below and will be delivered to the winner’s physical address:

  2. The winner will be drawn the day after the Otorohanga Farmers Expo and Winter Party, at FMG Palmerston North, 292 Church Street, Palmerston North 4410.
  3. The hamper will be sent to the winner’s location based on a verbal arrangement with the winner.
  4. The prize is not redeemable for cash.

  1. Except  or any liability that cannot be excluded by law, FMG will not be liable to any person in any way in relation to this Draw or the prize (including, but not limited to personal injury).
  2. FMG collects and holds entrants’ personal information solely for the purpose of conducting this specific survey and Draw and will not use or disclose personal information unless it is in connection with this specific survey or Draw.
  3. Under the Privacy Act 2020 you have the right to access and correct any information held by FMG about you. Please contact contact@fmg.co.nz if you wish to do this.
