We don’t apply an excess to repair or replace damaged windscreens and other vehicle glass.
Covers the legal liability of you and approved drivers for damage caused to others’ property or person.
We cover your hydraulic rams, hoists or other equipment permanently attached to your vehicle.
Cover of up to $5,000 per event, to replace fire-fighting equipment after it has been used to protect your vehicle from loss covered under this policy.
FMG’s Commercial Vehicle policy has multiple levels of cover available for vehicles used primarily for your business operations, including trucks, utes, vans, harvesters, tractors, and balers.
FMG recommends Comprehensive cover for all vehicles insured with us, to make sure clients have the cover they need if an unforeseen event happens.
Comprehensive cover under this policy includes cover for the vehicle itself, its accessories and spare parts, as well as your legal liability as the owner and driver of any listed vehicle.
Third Party Only, Third Party Fire and Theft, and Fire and Theft covers are also available under this policy. See policy wording for more details.
If you choose to insure your vehicles as a fleet, you can make any additions or deletions to the fleet when your policy is up for renewal, rather than each time you make changes to your fleet during the period of insurance.

Additional costs – hire vehicle or contractor
Covers the reasonable cost of hiring a similar size and type of vehicle, or hiring a contractor to carry out business, following a loss we’ve accepted a claim for under this policy. We’ll pay up to $20,000 or any higher amount of cover you choose. Stand down period applies.
Cover for damage caused by an earthquake, volcanic eruption, tsunami, hydrothermal activity or landslip.
