Cover for farm stores and harvested produce not intended for sale.
This includes cover for loss of farm contents, beehives, animals or produce intended for sale.
Cover if frozen or perishable farm stores are spoiled due to failed temperature control regulators.
FMG’s Farm Contents policy covers the contents you use for your farming operations, including fencing equipment, tools, and generators.
You’ll need to specify if you have beehives, baled wool, seed, grain or other harvested products, if you want these items to be included in your Farm Contents cover.
Under FMG’s Farm Contents policy you’re also covered for theft by paying guests, and reward payments offered to recover goods. This includes employees, tenants or short-term homestay guests who pay you for hospitality, meals and/or accommodation.

Natural disaster (FMG recommended)
Cover for damage to your farm contents caused by an earthquake, volcanic eruption, tsunami, hydrothermal activity or landslip.
Farm milk – spoilage or contamination
Covers accidental loss of farm milk in the farm vat caused by spoilage or contamination resulting in subsequent dumping. You are also insured for any penalties you receive because of a loss. Sharemilkers, farm owners and contract milkers are all covered under this benefit.
Farm milk – non-collection
Cover if your farm milk cannot be collected from farm vats because your farm cannot be accessed due to accidental loss of infrastructure from natural disaster, storm or flood.
Prevention of access – farming interruption
Covers your loss of profits up to $10,000 for interruption to your farming operations if damage to property, roads, or bridges nearby is preventing access to your farm.
